We work with both commercial and residential clients, and move swiftly to identify aspects of your project that need attention as well as offering expert advice on various construction matters.
We offer a range of services under one company, which assists our clients by reducing project time and costs, and ultimately preventing unnecessary pressure and stress.
We are associated with the Safe Contractor Certification Scheme, the Construction Skills Certification Scheme, and the RICS. We also have UKATA approved Asbestos Awareness training, and certification under the RICS Valuation Foundation Programme Instance 1 - 18/19.

Grays Surveying Services Ltd was founded in 2009, and we are a private consultancy firm that provides services for both residential and commercial properties in the public and private sectors. Our intention is to offer a precise and effective consultancy service for a broad range of construction requirements.

One of our most prestigious and long-term clients is Chiltern Court (Baker Street) Residents Ltd. We act as the in-house surveyor for this large residential apartment building, where we administer and prepare licences for alteration, develop the in-house regulations to reflect current building regulations, and manage the buildings minor repair and refurbishment works. In addition to this, we also offer a CAD service to the residents to assist with their licence applications.
